* Understand the projects across various portfolios
* Understand the flow of code and how it interacts with different components
* Understand project documents, customer demands and product objectives to create and execute test cases
* Set up, maintain and perform test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web and build test scenarios and acceptance tests
* Investigate issues / problems and come up with an appropriate solution
* Handle technical communications and understand client systems
* Work with deployments teams, resolve level issues for systems, coordinate on product design, and offer input on the testability of functional elements and product designs
* Research test tools, methodologies and trends and upgrade existing practices and processes, as feasible and applicable
* Provide daily and weekly status reports
