We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Administrator to join a friendly team working from our Bury St Edmunds office. This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship for 18 months and a fantastic way to begin a new career whilst working towards a qualification.

About the role
The role will be based at our Head Office in Bury St. Edmunds. This is an opportunity to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship getting practical experience while being an integral part of the team.
Duties include:
* Inbox management, ensuring incoming communications are responded to in a timely manner
* Support the Senior Management Team with a range of administrative tasks
* Rotate across all departments completing administrative tasks
* Maintain and reviewing filing systems to ensure information is current and available
* Support the effective running of the office
* Provide ad hoc project support
* Other ad hoc administrative tasks commensurate with the grade of the role

* Good IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Motivated to deliver a high quality of work
