Key Duties include:
* Supporting the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
* Ensuring consistent adherence to standards and delivery of top-quality care for our children.
* Leading the home through both external and internal inspections and audits, ensuring continuous compliance.
* Building and maintaining an exceptional, motivated, and self-assured staff team.
* Providing leadership, managerial guidance, and support to staff across all levels.
* Directing and overseeing all child protection and safeguarding matters.
* Collaborating with Local Authorities, Education, Health, and other relevant professionals to optimize outcomes for the children under our care.
Candidate Requirements:
* Clear enhanced DBS Record.
* Level 3 in children's residential homes.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of Ofsted Framework and current legislations.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
* Minimum of two years' experience in Residential homes.
Package includes:
* £30,000-£32,000 per annum.
* Full therapeutic training package offered.
