As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our local B2B business, providing expert advice and ensuring our customers have everything they need to succeed.
As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for our trade customers, assisting them with their parts requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
* Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate parts and accessories.
* Assisting customers in finding the right products, providing detailed product information, and offering suitable alternatives when necessary.
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
* Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Resolving customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a similar B2B sales role is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, particularly in the trade market.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
