In order to support the delivery of strategic initiatives an exciting, newly created opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Quality & Process Specialist to join their dynamic team.
The role will require hands-on management of a wide variety of tasks with a typical working week including optimising core systems, such as our CRM system (Zoho), supporting with regular and ad hoc reporting requests from the wider team, leading on new client and supplier procurement, and managing our relationships with key indirect suppliers for the business.
Reporting to the Finance & Operations Director, the successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team supporting operational roll-outs of strategic and operational initiatives, as well as working with the commercial and delivery leads providing operational support.
