Key Responsibilities Assist conveyancers with all aspects of residential property transactions. Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts, forms, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper based. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction. Conduct property searches and manage deadlines to ensure timely completions. Handle client enquiries and provide updates on the progress of transactions. Organise meetings, appointments, and coordinate schedules for conveyancers. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal compliance standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in conveyancing. Familiarity with property law and conveyancing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
