My Wolverhampton based Building Services client are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:
1. Monitor and arrange training for engineers
2. Keeping up to date with accreditations and renewals
3. Completing new contractor questionnaires / supply chain forms
4. Registering warranties
5. General compliance for the company
6. Some fleet management - booking of repairs / servicing
Key Skills:
1. Ideally have worked within compliance previously or strong in administration
2. Essential you have worked within Construction or M&E previously
3. Excellent IT skills
4. Good attention to details
5. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
6. Excellent communication skills
