If you’re ready to grow your career in an exciting and dynamic environment, Revolution is the place for you Overview: Facilities Maintenance Manager is a hands-on manager responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance and augmenting smooth function and operations of the cultivation facilities. Completes orders of stock items including custodial consumable items, HVAC consumable items, and a stock of replacement parts for HVAC units and production equipment. Partners with vendors and external contractors. Routinely communicates progress on projects to the appropriate manager. Essential Functions: Represent Revolution’s core values: Community, Accountability, Revolutionary, Excellence Observe all safety practices and guidelines while executing tasks Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain daily operations and team effectiveness Facilitating mechanical, electrical, plumbing and equipment repairs and regularly scheduled maintenance. Facilitating installation of new and replacement equipment, including required supporting infrastructure. Ensures general housekeeping & technical support for building automation system, Automated Logic. General cosmetic finish repairs, including but not limited to: drywall, epoxy paint, caulk and trim General building maintenance, including but not limited to: commercial door repair, replacement of light fixtures, installation of benches & racking, installation or repair of security & access control systems, roof repairs. Perform Performance Reviews for direct reports. Oversees and supervises the quality of work by maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are done correctly, safely, and efficiently. Conduct and document regular facility inspections making repairs as needed. Oversee maintenance and facility budget. Making adjustments as needed. All other duties as assigned Minimum Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. The state of Arkansas restricts individuals with felony convictions relating to cannabis or assault. General knowledge and hands-on experience working on a variety of HVAC systems, including packaged roof top units and large split systems. General knowledge and hands-on experience working with high and low voltage electrical General knowledge and hands-on experience working with standard plumbing systems. Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a physically charged environment Experience in operation of a variety of equipment and tools, such as forklift, scissor lifts, mowers, and snow removal equipment. Ability to work with limited supervision, be able to multi-task and be a self-starter. Ability to coach and mentor direct reports. Knowledge of computer automation control systems Required or Preferred Skills, Abilities, Licensures and Certifications: Strong problem-solving ability HVAC certification Thrives in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment Experienced in Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point Ability to travel up to 10% domestically if needed Additional Requirements: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must possess valid state ID. Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements in order to work in in cannabis industry (requires background check and state review). In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include: Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a physically charged environment Must be able to tolerate strong smells and temperature variations Must be able maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks Must be able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater) Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise) Frequent sitting and/or standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Travel to other Revolution locations as needed Work Schedule: 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
