Working collaboratively, you will be part of the Payments Team (Travel and Expenses) in the European Finance Shared Service Centre. This role would suit someone from a Finance Travel and Expenses background, who has communication and customer service skills and the ability to process high volume transactions, accurately and timely. Key Responsibilities Summary of Role We have an exciting opportunity in our European Finance Shared Service Centre, part of our Global Finance Organisation, for someone to join our high-performing Payments Team. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service through collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement as we support the company's growth. This role is ideal for someone with a Finance background (preferably in Accounts Payable) who has strong communication and customer service skills and can accurately process high-volume transactions in a timely manner. What I Will Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for performing balance sheet reconciliations and taking ownership of clearing aged transactions, with a focus on minimizing the Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) balance. You'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth processes and effective communication. A key part of your responsibilities will be documenting and regularly updating outstanding transactions to track progress and ensure transparency. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining GRNI within the group's key performance indicators (KPIs) while meeting important month-end deadlines. Additionally, you'll provide support to the wider T&E/GRNI team when required, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment. Your attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines will be essential for success in this position. What We Are Looking For Experience in Finance.
