Do you get 28 days holiday (plus BHs), a new car, and future share options with your job?
Here you do.
Are you always rushing to hit unrealistic deadlines with contractors or subbies cracking the whip?
Imagine if you set the time frames on projects.
You can here. With end user clients such as schools, charities, housing associations, and commercial landlords, you are in control of the design process. They look to you for guidance on how to improve their facilities, how long schemes will take, and when site visits are required.
It's a strong business model. Their clients also pay on time. This makes for a professional, relaxed working environment with motivated staff who are happy to be there.
You'll also get autonomy (with guidance) to run projects how you see fit.
What's more, there are real career opportunities here. Connor, who recently joined with no management experience, is taking on a graduate engineer which will help the team grow whilst expanding his skill set.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Mechanical design from stage 1-5 on new build and refurbishment schemes.
2. Site or office. It's up to you. Maybe you like crunching numbers or meeting clients. The strength of the team allows for flexibility.
3. Work with in-house architects and surveyors.
You Will Need To Have
1. Building services design experience.
2. Good software skills.
3. Appreciation of the construction process.
If this sounds good, please get in touch as soon as possible. Don't worry if your CV is not up to date; we can cross that bridge later. #J-18808-Ljbffr
