Role: Senior IT Account Manager - Existing Accounts / Business

Location: Hybrid – WFH but need client would like someone to work from Southampton
Package: £45-55,000 + comms – OTE of £75-80,000
Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Senior IT Account Manager to join this established Services Provider of Cyber Security, Cloud/Hosted Infrastructure, Backup/DR, Modern Workplace and Digital Transformation based solutions.
This is a pivotal role where you will work alongside a number of Solutions Consultants, Account Managers and Sales representatives, helping them identify growth opportunities with existing accounts. You will act as an overlay to strategically drive best fit solutions within the related service propositions.
You will be working with over 500 existing customers acting as a trusted advisor around emerging solutions and services offered by my client. The role will include the following:
* Grow business, building trust and strengthening relationships with existing clients
* You will be responsible for revenue performance and growth through KPI delivery
* Ensuring new business is hit and win rates are measurable with personal and company KPI’s
* Create and execute the strategic growth plan for existing and potential clients
* Plan for and lead client pitches
* Support the Sales Director in executing the strategic growth plan across their portfolio of clients. You’ll help to develop and capitalise on existing client business
* Develop strong partnerships with clients by demonstrating a detailed understanding of their business, brand, industry, and how my clients’ services should be applied to bring their commercial ambitions to life
* Champion professionalism, ensuring that your team delivers consistently and with excellence. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
* Actively promote our values, and contribute to the growth and health of the team and the business.
* Attend industry and key events; represent my client, ensuring efficient lead generation
Ideally my client is seeking someone that has previously worked for an IT Services provider, VAR or a MSP.
It is imperative that you have worked with and sold solutions around the following (at least 2):
-Managed Services, Public and Private Cloud
-Cyber Security Software
-AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, Co-Location, Application Hosting, SaaS, IaaS, -Networking, Enterprise Software and Unified Communications
-Knowledge and understanding of both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure solutions with experience of Microsoft Azure and Office 365
