Role: Probate Solicitor
Salary: £32,000–£65,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Hybrid working available from offices in Manchester, Sheffield

The role will be worked out of the Manchester of Sheffield office with the requirement to go into the offices around 1 to 2 days a week and the rest can be worked from home.

What You’ll Do
* Manage a diverse caseload of probate cases with varying complexity, using a state-of-the-art case management system.
* Engage with clients primarily via telephone and email, delivering a personalised and empathetic service.
* Maintain accurate records using advanced legal technology, including AI tools designed to simplify estate administration.
* Work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, with access to administrative support to streamline your workload.
* Mentor and share your expertise with junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit individuals who:
* Are qualified solicitors or legal executives (CILEX or STEP qualification preferred) or have equivalent experience in probate law.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can effectively manage and prioritise their workload.
* Have a client-focused approach, with the ability to build positive and lasting relationships, even in a remote setting.
