As an Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the membership relationships. From face-to-face connections to innovative problem-solving, your role will be all about putting the members first. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with internal departments to ensure the members feel supported and valued. Your responsibilities include:
1. Building lasting relationships with members and expanding contact points within their organisations.
2. Tackling challenges and delivering tailor-made solutions.
3. Securing renewals, growing accounts, and recruiting new members.
4. Driving incremental sales, upselling, and cross-selling products.
Experience
1. Experience in sales, particularly in B2B or the transport and logistics sector.
2. Top-notch communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
3. Knowledge of pipeline management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Professional competence (CPC) is a bonus, but your drive to succeed is key.
