About the Role:
We are searching for a Project Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and inspiring others to deliver outstanding results. This role involves managing multiple Domestic and Commercial installations, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of Domestic and Commercial projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
* Liaise with householders, clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project communication and scheduling.
* Attend pre-contract meetings to advise on technical requirements, health & safety, and contractual matters.
* Prepare construction phase plans, risk assessments, and health & safety policies.
* Oversee project schedules, financial forecasts, and progress monitoring.
* Manage the commissioning process to ensure compliance with MCS, ECO, RHI, and building regulations.
* Supervise Site Managers and ensure adherence to CDM regulations.
What You Will Bring:
* Proven experience in Project, Site, or Construction Management.
* Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and ensuring projects stay on track.
* Excellent communication skills and first-class customer service.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and can pivot when unexpected challenges arise.
* Flexibility – this role will involve a mix of home, site, and office based working each week.
* A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to achieving net zero goals.
* Strong MS Office skills.
*Please note – due to the nature of this role, a valid UK Driving Licence is essential. Company car will be provided*
