Please see details below: Start date : ASAP, within one week Duration : to end of Dec, possible extension Working hours : Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break) Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break) Candidate Rate of Pay : £13.00 hourly rate PAYE Tasks to be Performed Processing of purchase ledger/accounts payable invoices and expenses, in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring invoices are coded to the correct budget code and sent to the correct budget approver. Resolving supplier queries and performing supplier statement reconciliations. Helping manage a shared email mailbox, where most supplier invoices, statements and queries are received. Experience Previous experience of a high volume purchase ledger/accounts payable role is preferable Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF editing software is necessary. Proven administrative, organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently. Experience of using Access Dimensions helpful but not essential. Experience of the Higher Education sector helpful but not essential.
