Job Role: Sales Administrator
Salary: £25,000
Location: Nottingham (NG8)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 (Hybrid working)
Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a fun and friendly sales team for a successful manufacturer in Nottingham.
Working alongside the external and internal sales team, building relationships and ensuring a positive customer journey.
What will the role involve?
* Supporting the Sales Account Managers in the completion of orders
* Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
* Effectively liaise with customers regarding our products
* Coordinating all returns and faulty products
* Prepare brochures sample packs for potential new customers
* Booking appointments for reps
* Updating product knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* A team player with great attention to detail
