Working Days: Monday to Friday, rota'd between the hours of 7am - 7pm

We are seeking a Front of House Receptionist with lots of personality who can excel in being the friendly face of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
* Meet and greet clients and their guests,
* Ensure a fun and hospitable environment for all visitors,
* Understand the needs of the clients within the building,
* Make record of messages,
* Manage the visitors bookings,
* Deal with any client enquiries,
* Telephone call answering and handling,
* Report faults/maintenance to management,
* Book and record couriers and conference rooms,
* Deal with email queries,
* Handle post and deliveries,
* Uphold all client contact data,
* Complete checklists for new and exiting clients,
* Conduct building checks to ensure all communal areas, conference rooms, etc. are clean and tidy,
* Occasional admin support to management office,
* Set up conference rooms for meetings,
* Make note of regular contractor visits and chase if needed.
