Job Description
As a Night Porter, you will...
8. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
9. Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
10. You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
11. In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
12. Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
