Join us in shaping the future of connectivity Your passion for technical support and a can-do attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help: Minimum 1 year of experience within a NOC environment. Basic understanding of ISP networking fundamentals. Equivalent networking experience or certification in CCNA, JNCIA, or CNWA. Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 service support function (desired). Familiarity with operating systems such as ServiceNow ITSM and 8x8 Telephony (desired). Working towards CCNP certification (desired). A typical day might include: Resolving basic cases and incidents related to Business-WAN (broadband, leased line), VOIP, and Managed-LAN (wired and Wi-Fi). Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and third parties for escalation and resolution. Performing basic configurations, upgrades, installs, and device low-level changes (CPE, switch, VOIP, access points). Arranging field engineer and third-party site access.
