Job responsibilities 1. Ensure accurate and timely processing of clinical and administrative correspondence. 2. Prioritise work in appropriate order to ensure work is completed within agreed targets times. 3. Clinic preparation specifically retrieval of notes, filing, tracking in and out. 4. Photocopying, filing, or any administrative duties as deemed necessary to support the patient journey. 5. To utilise the Track-IT system to update case note tracking. 6. To ensure all outcomes are recorded accurately both paper and electronic 7. To attend all mandatory training as required by the CMG/Trust
