Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Leeds
Salary: A£80,000 - A£90,000 per annum
Type: Permanent (Hybrid)
At Another, we are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Lead. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be the driving force behind attracting, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent business-wide. You will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and agenda, whilst ensuring delivery across all areas of high volume, specialist/niche, leadership, and entry-level talent. You'll have the autonomy to design and execute forward-thinking talent strategies for current and future workforce needs, whilst leading a high-performing, customer-centric talent acquisition team. You'll play a hands-on role in influencing leadership, mentoring hiring managers, and elevating our employer brand.
The Role
1. Develop and execute a resourcing strategy that aligns with business strategy, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent pipelines.
2. Manage a TA team, coaching and developing, ensuring from sourcing to onboarding, a seamless exceptional candidate experience.
3. Deliver change and improvement.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to develop proactive talent strategies and understand talent needs, succession plans, and career pathways that deliver effective recruitment solutions.
5. Be creative and support the team in the development of innovative sourcing methods to find and engage passive and active talent, building strong pipeline relationships with top professionals in our industry.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on workforce planning, succession, and market trends.
7. Leverage EVP, employer brand, and marketing strategies to position as an employer of choice.
8. Collaborate across leadership teams and centres of excellence to elevate talent initiatives.
9. Drive DEI initiatives within the Talent strategy.
10. Provide insights and management data to support talent strategies and business decisions.
11. Drive efficiencies through systems and process improvements.
Skills
1. Proven track record of leading talent acquisition, operating in a large, unionised, complex matrix business.
2. Proven experience of leading and implementing talent management strategies, including talent mapping, succession planning, and career pathways.
3. Experience of building employer brand and EVP's.
4. Expertise in all areas: volume/niche roles, attraction/branding, onboarding, assessment tools, early careers, senior leadership, and executive hires.
5. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
6. Experience of utilising and developing complex data, process, and compliance.
7. Proven experience of leading and developing high-performing teams.
8. Excellent on leading change projects and developing impactful talent strategies.
9. Flexibility to innovate, can work at pace and make a meaningful impact.
10. Excellent influencing and communication skills.
