We’re hiring for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer at their site in Hadfield, Glossop. In this role, you’ll be part of a busy customer service team, liaising with clients, installation teams, and project managers to ensure smooth order processing, query resolution, and excellent service delivery. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Processing orders from plans, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met Resolving customer complaints and arranging replacement parts Managing diaries and scheduling installations in line with timeframes Managing customer accounts, handling queries, and coordinating with internal departments Following up on customer enquiries to ensure complete resolution Assisting with general office administration as required What do you need?
