Role Overview
As a Business Director, you will:
* Manage client relationships and provide analytical solutions for their marketing challenges.
* Lead analytics projects, overseeing teams of analysts to ensure quality delivery.
* Support strategists and planners with data-driven media optimization.
* Evangelize analytics insights and embed them into clients' decision-making.
* Contribute to product development, pushing boundaries in marketing effectiveness.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Business Director managing client relationships.
* Background in econometric modeling or market mix modeling (preferred).
* Significant experience in marketing analytics, ideally in an agency or consultancy.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
* A numerate or analytical degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in machine learning, A/B testing, and survey data analysis.
* Coding knowledge in R, Python, or SQL.
* Familiarity with developing data-led applications in R Shiny (or equivalent).
