This job involves providing administration support to the Recruitment and Resourcing Team. It's an opportunity for someone who is keen to learn new skills whilst working alongside supportive colleagues.
Daily tasks will include the administration of the email inboxes, placing job adverts, processing employment offers and issuing contractual documentation.
Personal integrity is important as you will be working with confidential information.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
• You must hold English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+ or working towards
• Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good time management
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team working
• Commitment to complete an Apprenticeship
• Ability to attend training.
You will gain a Level 3 – HR Support Qualification.
Although this position is full time, we are willing to consider flexible working requests.
