Job Description
Payroll Administrator:
* Manage and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
* Compile and record employee time and payroll data.
* Handle benefits administration and record keeping.
* Answer staff queries about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
* Maintain and update payroll records.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
* Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to the supervisor.
* Assist in the auditing of payroll or benefits or other HR programs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator.
* Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
* Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
* Be a driver (as public transport is not an option for this location) and live with a 45 minute commute of Walton-On-Thames.
