Program Overview
Nu has launched a new Sales Rotation Program that provides foundational exposure within our Commercial organisation, allowing participants to better understand our culture, processes, and products, and how they relate across various functions to build a pipeline of well-rounded client-facing employees. The Nu Sales Rotation Program is a dynamic, two-year experience designed for recent graduates eager to build their commercial skills while gaining in-depth knowledge of our business.
This program offers simultaneous rotations across key areas of our commercial operations, including:
* Client Engagement & Client Support
* Marketing
Throughout the program, participants will:
* Explore diverse roles to discover their strengths and passions
* Learn through hands-on experience, classroom training, and mentorship
* Collaborate with a cohort of like-minded peers for support and growth

Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities for participants in the program may include, but are not limited to:
* Conduct prospecting research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and generate new business opportunities.
* Support sales outreach efforts, including engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and booking client meetings to drive pipeline growth.
* Management of records in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) of clients and prospects.
* Assist with the contracting process for renewals and new business, ensuring that terms align with client needs while complying with organisational standards and protocol.
Client Engagement & Client Support
* Manage client service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous, professional, accurate, and timely manner.
* Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues across Client Engagement, Sales, Product Management, Data, Research, and the broader organisation.
Marketing
* Assist with events and campaigns, including working with different Operating Units and Sales to drive the pipeline.
* Create content for campaigns and external, client-facing communications.
* Generate reports and analytics for marketing insights.
Requirements
* Strong academic background, ideally a degree with a grade of 2:2 or above.
* Some sales experience preferred but not essential.
* Proven history of achievement whether that be in sports or other activities.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Full UK Driving license.
* Uncapped commission with additional bonus scheme.
