We are looking for an experienced Manager with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk alongside leading and developing a small team of recruiters. #
We are open to industry background and are looking for someone with a proven track record of recruiting and developing a team.
We use a consultative approach with our clients, and this role is all about building relationships – with our clients, candidates and the wider organisation.
Recruitment duties
8. Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
9. Business development to engage with new clients
10. Liaising with the Sale’s Director.
11. Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, Linked In Recruiter, job boards etc
12. Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
13. Networking and local network events
14. Client entertainment
15. Driving and achieving the Branch KPis
Management duties
16. Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans
17. Regular one-to-ones with team members
18. Performance management
19. Setting and monitoring KPI’s
20. Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management
