Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: To support the Head of Wellness, Nutrition, and Sustainability in delivering our nutrition and sustainability strategy. To support on site activation with sustainability and nutrition pop-ups. To support with Ways to be Well our H&W programme and associated content development and marketing. To assist in analysing food procurement data on our hot spot categories with Foodbuy (procurement team). To support our carbon labelling project with Foodsteps. To support with the Nutrition & Sustainability workstreams for our Centres of Excellence programme. To support behavioral science research projects across our sites. To support with monthly Climate Club agenda. To support with sustainability audits across our sites. To support on food waste management across the business. To support on reviewing packaging solutions and reusable initiatives on site. To support on healthy and sustainable menu compliance across the business. To develop resources on communicating sustainability messages across the business. Key Skills and Experience Educated to degree level or equivalent. Competent in Microsoft excel and reporting capabilities.
