The Role: The successful candidate will develop and test new products from concept to final stage. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: Introduce new products through discovery, testing, and overall development phases. Design and manufacture of product prototype parts\assemblies, tooling, fixtures and jigs for assembly etc. Create product assembly instructions. Produce components and parts on time, within budget and adherence to quality systems. Reporting and updating test results. Supporting the development of new test methods. Support the procurement of materials for prototyping and testing Work closely with other departments About you: Mechanical background with strong practical skills. Experience working in a test environment. Background in assembly or product engineering. Experience with hand tools. Experience with manual machining (desirable). Qualified in an engineering discipline.
