Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to students experiencing anxiety in an educational setting.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans to address specific anxiety-related challenges.
* Utilise evidence-based strategies and techniques to help students manage anxiety and improve academic performance.
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a supportive environment for students with anxiety.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety or mental health challenges.
* Strong understanding of educational systems and learning support strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of anxiety disorders and their impact on learning and development.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.
