About the Role
Solos Consultants Ltd is a leading provider of building control services, and we are currently seeking a talented Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all building work undertaken meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Providing expert advice on building regulations and standards
* Inspecting construction sites to identify potential issues or hazards
* Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
* Proven experience in building control, preferably in a senior role
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and associated legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £50.00 - £70.00 per hour.
