Duties:
1. Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and overall ROI.
2. Evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness: Continuously assess the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
3. Data collection and analysis: Gather and analyze data across various marketing channels, including digital advertising, using SQL/Python to access and manipulate data.
4. Lead the MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) process: Oversee the transition of MMM from an external agency to an in-house process, including model selection, development, and training. Ensure the actionable insights from the model are integrated into marketing strategies.
5. Experimentation and testing: Collaborate with marketing scientists and stakeholders to design and implement experiments that validate model outcomes and enhance learning accuracy.
6. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up with the latest advancements in marketing analytics and emerging technologies to ensure strategies are cutting-edge.
7. Present findings to senior leadership: Effectively communicate complex data and actionable insights in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in marketing science or a similar role.
2. Proven experience in leading a team of marketing analysts/scientists.
3. Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, marketing automation platforms).
4. Expertise in advanced analytics techniques such as regression models (e.g., ridge regression, Bayesian regression), time series analysis, forecasting, and end-to-end MMM ownership.
5. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
6. Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
