Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage and be responsible for the activities carried out by the site team & Sub-Contractors. The role will involve ensuring that the internal and external school facilities are available, fully functional, H&S compliant and aesthetically pleasing where this falls within the remit of the site team and cleaning team. You will be joining our Total FM team based in Clacton-on-Sea. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best. Key responsibilities: Direct line management of Caretaking team with assistance from the FM team. Oversee all site team activities and ensure that the site team Job Description is fulfilled. Program, arrange and delegate PPM duties within the remit of the caretaking team. Monitor satisfactory completion and report back. Oversee H&S compliance of activities undertaken by the site team. Managing new works including getting quotes from contractors, arranging access and overseeing and signing off works. Monitor Cleaning & Ground Sub-Contractors whilst on site Key requirements: Ability to monitor and supervise service providers. Good general knowledge of a caretaking role and practical skills Good problem solving skills. Ability to multi skill, priorities and delegate work against deadlines. Good IT skills and good understanding of MS office package including word, excel and outlook.
