Re-engineering a vehicle to drive better than it ever did requires a range of skills and familiarity with automotive systems, including suspension, braking, transmission, as well as other systems such as air conditioning. Ultimately, our watch-word is that we do not permanently alter the vehicles in any way – all our systems respect the original vison of the vehicle in question and do not require any drilling, cutting or welding of the host.
Familiarity of EV systems and battery design is desirable but not essential – we have a lot of experience of these aspects already in Electrogenic, and our electrical and electronic designs are mature. The challenge is making the mechanical design more efficient.
