The provision of a high standard catering service to patients, staff and other customers which meets all relevant legislative, and quality standards. Maintain systems within the department that the catering service is operated in a completely safe and hygienic manner and meets all statutory requirements. On a day to day level this involves supervision and co-ordination of catering assistants and the service of safe, high quality meals for all patients, the staff dining room and any hospitality requirements.
