McLaughlin & Harvey is one of the leading building and civil engineering contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the creation and execution of business-to-business marketing plans for various businesses within the Group.
2. Assist in the development and maintenance of the Group's marketing and milestone calendars, folder structure, and project management tools.
3. Support the team in maintaining and updating websites across the Group.
4. Help create and post internal and external content across various digital and social media channels.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring high standards and correct processes for all marketing, communication, and design-related activities.
6. Provide ad-hoc marketing and communication support across the Group as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or relevant demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Experience:
1. Experience working within a marketing and communications team.
2. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, business-to-business (B2B) marketing, copywriting, and social media marketing.
3. Familiarity with online data analytics, social media scheduling and project management tools.
4. Experience with content management systems (CMS).
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. A friendly approach with a willingness to collaborate and to develop personally and professionally.
8. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office and Adobe Design software suites.
