Job Title: Pricing Assistant Location: Preston Contract: Fixed Term - 9 month contract Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Reporting to: Pricing & Masterdata Manager What will you do? A rare opportunity has arisen to join a small well established team based in Preston. The Pricing Assistant will work with the Pricing Team to provide pricing support and administration to the UK OpCo Tasks and responsibilities as a Pricing Assistant: To assist the Pricing Department with the administration and pricing conditions to reduce Un-invoiced Tonnes and achieving Monthly Un-invoiced Targets To assist the Pricing Department in the administration of price lists and price list discounts for customers Enter, verify and maintain contract pricing for relevant customers within agreed time frame Work alongside Account Mangers. Sales Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure pricing is accurate and upto date Process credit and debit notes as per the Company’s Authority Schedules Process Rebate & Commissions as per the Company’s Authority Schedules and within agreed time frame To implement a robust filing methodology ensuring all records are maintained and kept up-to-date Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as designated by the Pricing and MDM Supervisor Your CV shows: That you have a minimum 5 GCSE’s including Maths & English Knowledge of SAP desirable Great attention to detail Good numerical skills Office/Clerical experience Data Entry and interrogation experience Ability to work to deadlines Work with Windows Based IT Systems About ForFarmers Do you ever stop to wonder where your Sunday morning poached egg came from?
