Position: Document Controller Location: Canterbury, Kent Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the office and assist with the coordination of project teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, update, and manage project documentation, both physical and electronic. Ensure all documents are correctly filed, indexed, and stored. Assist with the preparation and issuing of project-related documents. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Ensure compliance with project document management procedures. Provide general administrative support as required. About You: Previous experience in document control or a similar administrative role is essential. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience with document control software and systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the construction or engineering industry would be an advantage but is not essential
