As an IT Service Delivery Analyst with Leicestershire Police, you will deliver technology projects to meet force priorities. You will play an integral role in using the ITSM toolset to improve the user experience. Using your experience of ITIL service management frameworks, you will be responsible for meeting strategic, business and IT goals and applying your technical knowledge in a service delivery environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Design and implement the service catalogue of Leicestershire Police.
2. Maintain and improve the ITSM toolset.
3. Onboard support of new systems and services.
The must haves
1. Experience of improving service management processes.
2. An understanding of IT service management lifecycles.
3. Experience providing reports to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
