* What We're Looking For:
* Proven work experience in a social value, community engagement, or CSR role.
* Knowledge of Social Value frameworks such as Social Value Act, TOMs (Themes, Outcomes, and Measures), and SROI.
* Experience working with Public Sector organisations.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical skills to track, measure, and evaluate social value performance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
