Number one, always, is to help people make a great decision
· Forget the old-school sales methods. We believe in building relationships with customers. The kind that have other companies scratching their heads.
· Forget the old school sales follow up. We believe in helping customers make sound investments even if it costs us a “sale” or two.
Putting the show into showroom
· You can kiss goodbye to boring glass table poker matches. We're about creating unique experiences for every person who walks through the door.
· You can kiss goodbye to sliding scale back door sales. You don’t have to “speak to your manager” we expect 100% integrity even if it costs us a sale or two.
Make them feel important
· You have a chance to make every client who comes through the door feel like the only client we’ve ever had. Then present to them like a VIP.
· We understand our products are not unique. That should not stop us creating an experience which stands out from everyone else. The floor is yours.
Make them feel important
· Every time we speak, we have another chance to show our passion for service. Whether it is a teammate, our clients, or our window cleaner.
· Nothing tells a client how much we care than the speed, accuracy, and quality of our responses. Bring your commitment to serve clients to the interview.
If you can’t be confident, be competent.
· Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. Confidence plays a crucial part of any sales process. We believe confidence comes from a passion and understanding of the products. It also drives the services we provide.
· Sometimes confidence gets challenged. In any sales scenario. Our philosophy is to be competent when you can’t be confident. Always serve the client before we please ourselves.

· Be curious not smart. The more you know about our clients, about why they buy, about how we serve them, the easier it is for you to get results.
· If you want to help a client, make it simple, if you want to impress them make it complicated. Are you self-disciplined enough to master your craft?

The amateur vs the professional
· Sales isn’t a role it’s a way of life. When you meet new people, you’re selling. When you meet new clients, you’re selling. When you meet for this interview, you’ll be selling, if you agree with that skip to the end of this ad and apply now.
