2. You can kiss goodbye to sliding scale back door sales. You don’t have to “speak to your manager” we expect 100% integrity even if it costs us a sale or two.
Make them feel important.
1. You have a chance to make every client who comes through the door feel like the only client we’ve ever had. Then present to them like a VIP.
2. We understand our products are not unique. That should not stop us creating an experience which stands out from everyone else. The floor is yours.
If you can’t be confident, be competent.
1. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. Confidence plays a crucial part of any sales process. We believe confidence comes from a passion and understanding of the products. It also drives the services we provide.
