Financial Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including supporting reconciliations
* Review control accounts reconciliations on a rolling basis to aid year-end
* Monitor the completion and production of sales and purchase ledger
* Prepare year-end accounts, including provision and assistance of the annual audit
* Conduct monthly 1-2-1s and annual Performance Development Reviews with the team
**Requirements**
* Fully qualified ACCA / AAT / CIMA
* Proven experience in management of an accounts team/department
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting
* Knowledge of Access Dimensions preferred but not essential
* Experience of payroll and daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting
