HR Advisor Nottingham Permanent, Full-Time, 8am-4pm Monday-Friday £30,000-£32,000 Introduction to the Company This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of the HR team, providing a pivotal service. Working within a very small team means there is the prospect for development in all opportunities. The HR team champions continuous improvement and proactivity in all activities. Description of the role: Providing HR support and being first point of any queries. Liaising with the Head of HR on all HR matters. Supporting both management and staff through disciplinary and grievance procedures. Ensuring all files and records are maintained and up to date. Minute HR meetings including flexible working requests. Leading on recruitment campaigns including carrying out necessary checks. Monitoring changes to employment law and updating policies and procedures. About you: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. Experience of looking after the employee lifecycle. Knowledge of HR and right to work compliance. Ability to work collaboratively within a small team. Employment law knowledge.
