Residential Team Leader - £14.52 per hour
Contract: 42 hours per week
Working Hours: 12 hour shifts (20:00-08:00) on a 4 weekly rota

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Abbott House in Oundle. You will join a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, akin to the care we would expect for our own family members. You will be using the latest care technology that enables you to spend more time with the service users you care for. Abbott House has an excellent reputation as a highly valued provider of care.
As a Team Leader, you’ll need previous experience working with older people in residential care. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with family and friends, keeping healthcare professionals informed, and updating your Line Manager about residents’ needs and progress. As a team player, you can follow guidelines and policies easily and possess good writing skills for care plan documentation.
