Business Support Administrator Up to 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover) (IPS021)

Purpose of the role:
LB Group is recruiting for a dynamic Business Support Administrator to join the Business Support team in our Ipswich office to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. This is an essential role to the success of LB Group where you will provide support to our client-facing teams, our external clients, and all colleagues. Reporting to the Business Support Team Leader, you will ensure our clients and technical teams receive a professional and unrivalled service, be a team player with a flexible approach to completing tasks and achieving business objectives.
Accountabilities:
1. Front of House duties / answering external calls in a professional manner.
2. General office presentation, including meeting rooms.
3. Sorting post – incoming and outgoing.
4. Keeping up to date all hard copy filing systems as well as electronic records.
5. Monthly client requests and reminders.
6. Sending out documents for electronic signature.
7. Assisting with CS01 preparation and submissions.
8. Assisting with Accounts & Tax Return submission.
9. Organising files for archiving.
10. Updating database.
11. Archiving electronic and physical documents.
12. Ad hoc administration duties.
13. Assisting with the client onboarding process of new clients.
Skills/Qualifications:
You will have the skills and ability to prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining a high attention to detail. You will be a natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills. Flexibility and ambiguity as well as possessing the ability to take own initiative and demonstrate good judgement are key skills required within this position.
