Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Mobile Catering Assistant to join our team working at Cheshire School Group (Area covering would be Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager)You will be travelling to different sites, working as part of a fantastic team, serving customers, and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will be required to perform basic food preparation and perform general cleaning tasks both back and front of house.Aramark UK are making a work life balance achievable whilst still working in hospitality, cultivating your culinary career with a world leading organisation. A day in the life of a Catering Assistant:
- Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
- Travelling from site to site to assist with catering assistant duties
- Supporting manager with stock takes and ordering
- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Previous catering experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
