Key Stage 1 Teacher Start Date : January 2025 Location : Lincolnshire Contract Type : Supply Basis Teaching Personnel is urgently seeking a talented and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join one of our partner schools starting next term. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. The Role As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will hold full class responsibility, inspiring children to love learning while providing a safe and supportive environment for their academic, social, and emotional growth. You will also ensure a smooth transition for pupils into upper Key Stage 1. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 1/2 class. Use creative resources to motivate and engage pupils. Plan and prepare lessons, materials, and assessments, catering to the needs of all pupils. Maintain a positive, stimulating classroom environment that supports independent learning. Assess and record pupils’ progress in line with school policies. Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, adhering to school behavior policies. Supervise and collaborate with support staff assigned to your class. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. Working Hours Full-time: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (minimum). Additional hours may be required for meetings, inspections, and parent consultations. Qualifications and Vetting To be considered, you must: Hold a valid UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Be able to provide details of appropriate referees upon request.
