Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a school in the M24 area seeking a Year 3 Teacher. The role is due to start the w/c 4th November due to a scheduled absence within school. About this role:
- Full-time position, Monday-Friday, term time only.
- Paid to scale earnings on weekly timesheets.
- Starting w/c 4th November due to a scheduled absence within school.
- School have commented on the successful applicant coming into school before to complete a handover/ transition day beforehand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, planning and delivering high quality lessons to accelerate the learning of the pupils, taking into account those with additional needs or an EHCP.
- Working with teaching assistants in class to support the pupils’ learning to meet personalised targets.
- Effective marking and providing appropriate feedback.
- Engaging in the wider life of the school, participating in staff meetings/training.
- Nurturing pupils to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements for this role:
- Must hold a QTS.
- Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A good role model who can promote a love of learning to excite and enthuse students.
