At Franks Portlock Consulting Ltd, we pride ourselves on over a decade of industry excellence. The Role:
The role will involve undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments of hot and cold water services, mainly dealing with the requirements within the ACoP L8, HSG 274, BS 8580-1:2019, and HTM 04-01.
You must be able to communicate at all levels as you will be customer-facing for the majority of your time.
The area covered is nationwide, so you must be willing to travel and stay away from home as required.
Essential Experience Required:
* Legionella Risk Assessing hot and cold water systems.
* Understanding the requirements of Health Care properties.
* Ability to produce CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
* Understanding Water Regulations.
* Understanding G3 Building regulations.
Desired Experience (but not essential):
* Water Treatment plant and equipment.
* Cooling Towers/Close Systems.
The candidate must take pride in their work, be always presentable, and conduct themselves in a professional manner as a representative of Franks Portlock Consulting.
You must be IT literate and have excellent attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.
This role is physically demanding; access can be restricted, and heavy lifting is involved. Confined space training will be given.
