Reporting to the UK IT Operations Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring that service delivery meets and exceeds business expectations. Key Responsibilities : ⚡️ Service Quality : Oversee and expand the delivery of high-quality services, aligned with business expectations ⚡️ Service Governance : Ensure departmental processes comply with business audit requirements and maintain asset registers and CMDB ⚡️ Collaboration : Partner with other departments to support seamless service delivery and contribute to project bids by managing knowledge processes ⚡️ Change Management : Lead and refine departmental Change Management processes for ongoing improvement ⚡️ Process Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements to service delivery efficiency and effectiveness ⚡️ Client Relationship Management : Act as a point of contact for service delivery issues, building strong client relationships ⚡️ Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction
